Students of Real Estate Pre-License courses find a different type of learning is needed to understand and retain the content.  After all, they must understand and retain the information so they can pass the required National and State Exam.  They must pass the exam before the Tennessee Real Estate Commission will award them a license to practice real estate.  A necessary hurdle to reach their goal. I think Eduardo Briceno's thoughts in this TEDx Talk about the learning zone is valuable, and something to think about before you set out on your journey.  Hope you do as well.
