The rules have been filed as Rulemaking Hearing Rules and will be promulgated ninety (90) days from the filing date.

This rule allows members of the United States armed forces and honorably discharged veterans to obtain credit towards licensure for programs listed in Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-3-1304(a) under the Regulatory Boards Division for equivalent military training. The rule provides a process and acceptable documentation evidencing proof of eligibility along with a procedure for the appeal to the Commissioner for any denial of equivalent training towards licensure.
