I live outside of Memphis but work in Memphis, so it made sense to do an online study course that would work into my schedule and no extra driving time.  I found the staff to be helpful when consulting them about IT issues as well as assisting with the application process.  They were readily available, even on the weekend.   I also found that the online tests were very beneficial when preparing for the PSI exam, especially since the exam is computer based.

I presented a '3 Simple Ways to Enhance an Underperforming Website' class at the TN Small Biz Development Centers. I talked about product/service differentiation and what an excellent job one real estate school has done compared to several other schools that offer the same online course and how I happily paid more to the school that distinguished itself from the others. :)

Once the decision was made to take the plunge and go after that career in Real Estate I had always thought I’d enjoy... the next decision was where to take the course work to prep for passing the exams.  

After talking to several local school options… I spoke with Sheila Hensley with Real Estate Success Center and I’m so glad I did!  Sheila didn’t come across as trying to sell me on her courses.  Instead she grilled me on why do I want to be in Real Estate?  What did I think doing that would be like?  Was I prepared to network for business and build prospect lists?  Work weekends and evenings?  After we talked about that awhile... she further grilled me on how I learn to make sure online courses would be right for me.  

This conversation told me unmistakably, I’m not talking to someone that just wants to sell me courses, but someone that is interested in me! Unlike other school contacts I spoke with, this person is interested in the best way to prepare me for the exams and beyond that... interested in my being successful as a licensed agent.  Sheila quickly became my “go to” person, my confidant, my mentor, my friend.      

My take away from my coursework with Real Estate Success Center, the PSI courses and passing the exams on the first try… good.  Having Sheila Hensley in your corner… Priceless!

If you are looking to begin a career in real estate look no further than Real Estate Success Center. Ms. Sheila is absolutely FABULOUS! She takes care of her students from the initial phone call all the way to the moment your license arrives in the mail. She really does care about each of her students. Email her at 10:30 p.m.? She will respond.

When I decided to pursue Real Estate, I had friends in the business, but I was still uncertain of where to turn. I looked online at various options. I am an independent guy, a quick learner and one who doesn’t usually ask for help but uses the internet to help me. When I asked a friend how he received his license, he told me about Real Estate Success Center. I looked it up. Then I started reading the home page. Sheila laid out the steps, and I decided to pick up the phone and call her. I’m so glad I did. While I could have figured it out on my own, and gone through another option, knowing I wasn’t in it alone and could call, text or email Sheila for help and guidance, put my mind at ease and allowed me to focus on the material and learning. I completed the required courses, passed my exam and now am an affiliate broker. I’m glad I had the support of the Real Estate Success Center with me. Real Estate is a complex field. Much more in depth than I imagined. You don’t want to go at it alone. If you’re like me, or if you’re not type A, pick up the phone and call Sheila. She shoots you straight and will be your best advocate.

I want to take the time to thank Sheila Hensley and Real Estate Success Center. The curriculum is great and easy to follow. What makes this school the best is the fact that Sheila is available whenever you need her. She expects nothing less then your best and helps you achieve that goal. Thanks to her I went in to my first state/national exam confident and passed! I highly recommend Real Estate Success Center if your seriously considering real estate as a profession
