Hi Mrs. Sheila,

    I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you that your online course, TN Real Estate Principles, was very beneficial to me.  I am a working father of three children and my job requires frequent travel.  Therefore, being able to attend classes was impossible for someone like me.  When I learned that you offered an online course, I knew that this would be the perfect alternative for me to acquire my real estate license. Since completing your course, I passed my test the first time I took it and now I am in the process of obtaining my license.  Prior to taking the exam, I took the TN Course for New Affiliates that you offer as well.  This course proved to be very resourceful and provided me with valuable information for the test.  Thank you so much for making these courses available, so that people like me can complete the required coursework to obtain a real estate license.

Sheila,

I found your web site through the Tennessee Real Estate Commission Website and first read your "BEFORE YOU REGISTER" page.  It was so refreshing to read a warning rather than a sales pitch.  People do need to know what they are getting themselves into. I read a little about you as well and just thought, "This chick is awesome!" I cannot wait to get started on classes and I know I am making a good decision - you have already begun preparing me (through aforementioned page) and I haven't even signed up yet.

I look forward to learning from your classes.

I am doing well with the course. I am home today and will be back on knocking those chapters out. I do not have any questions, but it has been an eye opener especially when I am in a process of buying a home.
